Everything you need to know for your visit to the skin bar
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we can offer you the full service; including check in, consultation, and an experience that goes above and beyond.
Please be prepared to remove your shoes and place on our clean spa slippers. If you are not comfortable doing so, please feel free to bring your own indoor shoes!
If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may fill your space. If you are unable to do so, you may be charged a minimum fee of $25 or a greater fee of 50% of the scheduled time. This fee compensates the staff member assigned to the service.
Points and referrals
We offer a point system: Every 100 points are valued at the equivalent of $1 and may be redeemed for products or services. 100 points are offered to those clients paying in cash. 100 points are also given for scheduling your next appointment at the time of checkout.
500 points are awarded for referrals to both the person referring and the person referred.

We strive for consistency in excellence throughout the salon and find that staff are happier and more productive when given opportunities for advancement. As such, we utilize a level system. This means that our base price is for services performed by someone at our first, assistant level. Prices increase with the experience and level of our staff. Specific pricing is available through consultation with your provider and over the phone for non-chemical hair services.
